One of the Activities in our study has issues being exported to CSV. It seems to get stuck on “Pending” status and never gets to “Ready.” I’m wondering if it has to do with file size. I’ve tried partitioning the Activity (by survey date) into separate files; sometimes this works, but it’s not reliable – not all CSVs created this way get to “Ready” status.
Is there something we can do to fix this?

I’m sorry to hear that. We’ve had some technical issues on our server side, we’re rolling out a fix, and the situation is being stabilized gradually, please retry and let me know if the issue is fixed for you or not.

Thanks for letting me know. I tried exporting the CSVs from all the surveys in the study yesterday, and one CSV is still “Pending,” the same one that usually gets stuck in that status. The other CSVs are “Ready.”
Do you recommend anything to work around this issue until the fix is fully working?

The study ID is 3749
The data export ID for the full survey is 172 (new as of Oct 23)
There are also some filtered exports stuck in Pending status:
- ID 168 (includes survey data from Sept 15-30)
- ID 170 (includes survey data from Aug 1-31)
The data type for all exports is “Activity Responses (survey 20974: HappyB2.0 Time! :-))”.
The filtered exports below are also from survey 20974, but they didn’t get stuck:
- ID 166, for Oct 16-31
- ID 167, for Oct 1-15
- ID 169, for Sept 1-14
