Issue with Data Export in Avicenna's Researcher Dashboard

Hello,

I am currently using the Avicenna Researcher Dashboard for a study; and I have faced an issue while trying to export data to integrate it with a third-party data analysis software package. :upside_down_face: The exported file seems to be missing some key data points that appear correctly in the dashboard’s visualization. I have tried different file formats; but the problem still there .

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with data exports?
Are there specific settings / configurations I need to adjust in the dashboard to ensure a complete export? I have checked https://forum.avicennaresearch.com/c/support/5- cpq documentation guide but still need help.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Can you provide details? Specifically:

  • What study ID?
  • What data was exported? (Surveys, metadata, sensors, which sensors, etc.)
  • What is the discrepancy you see in the dashboard and the exported CSV file?
