Dear Avicenna-team,
I have some additional researchers helping me with the data collection for my project (ID 3302). One of the researchers is not able to release activities anymore and receives something like an error (a red cross labeled 403, see picture below) when she tries. Up until the weekend, she experienced no problems releasing activities. Could you provide some information as to what this error means and how we can get rid of it?

From the look of things, your co-researcher does not have enough permissions to do so.
Please follow the image I shared below and make sure that you have granted all the necessary permissions to your co-researcher and the issue should be resolved:
