Piloting participants issue?

Hi there,

I have purchased a full licence of Avicenna and have enrolled two pilot participants (research assistants) to help me ensure if everything is showing up okay.

I am running into an issue where participants are being prompted as per the schedule I set up but when they try to open the app it is showing as expired? I mean they will receive a notification they have a survey, try to open it to complete it, and then it says the survey has expired.

I don’t know how this can be as the survey in question has no expiry limit.

My only guess is because I am using the same participants and deleting and re-enrolling into the same survey (after I modify it)? Could that be an issue?

It is essential that I pilot this, so I’m just wondering what is the best way to do this . Can you please advise what the issue may be?

Dear Shreya,

Would you mind adding me to the study as a researcher to further investigate the issue with the following email address?
milad.moosavi@ethicadata.com

Please also share the participants’ IDs and the activity (survey) ID(s).

Thanks

Hi Milad,

Unfortunately I don’t have the ID’s anymore. I ended up deleting the participants and re-enrolling them under different e-mail accounts. So far I’ve piloted it myself under a different account and that seems to have done the trick.

However, I’ve added you to the project if you want to take a look, the activity ID is 22344.

I really appreciate all your help!

Shreya
