Session stats don't line up with actual data

Hi!

I have noticed several issues with the study data.
First, when designing the study, we decided to send out 60 surveys in total over the span of 10 days. However, none of the participants seem to receive all 60.
Secondly, participants in our study receive a compensation based on how many surveys they complete. The session session stats will tell me that they completed 90%, while the data shows that they only completed 60% of the 58 surveys they “received”. In the data file, the “Status” is displayed as 0. Does this mean the participant never received this survey and therefore the stats still count it as completed? Then my question is, why are the participants only receiving a subset of the surveys that they are supposed to receive?
