Hi! I am using the Avicenna app on a Motorola G4 phone.
When I try to log in (under a participant account that I already created on another phone), I get an error message stating that the account email is not registered.
When I try to create a new account, I get an error message stating that there is an issue with the server. When I go to https://status.avicennaresearch.com/ it shows all systems are operational.
Could you please help with this?
