Hi there, My problem concerns participant 51536 in study 2241. They have tried completing some surveys but a message that reads “please keep this dialog open while your studies are being reloaded” and then it says “sorry something went wrong”. I am not sure what the source of the problem so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
