Surveys unavailable

Hi there

I am posting regarding study 2241. We have received input from participant 53642 that they have not been receiving any surveys today but their participation period does not end until May 12. Just wondering why this is occuring. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

This has been due to a period of inactivity occurred by the participant between April 29th and May 3rd as shown in the attached photo. This has led session generators to account for those missed days and skip generation of sessions for those days and continue from May 3rd when the participant has become active and the app could communicate with Ethica servers.
