Participant receiving “something went wrong” message and surveys won’t load and I’m not seeing their responses they’ve submitted for the last few days. This person is having issues with the app and the surveys won’t load. In addition, they have completed multiple surveys which I am not seeing on my end. Please help ASAP.

Please ask them to uninstall and re-install the latest version of the app from App Store. This should resolve the issue. Let us know if the issue still persists.
