This week’s release improves participant invitations with CSV import and new options for each invitee. We also fixed an issue that showed consent material in the study’s Base Language even when a translation was available, and corrected how Calendar answers appear in cross-survey placeholders. Details are below.
Improvements
Participant Invitation Improvement
We improved the participant invitation workflow. Alongside pasting a list, you can now import up to 100 participants from a CSV file and set each invitee’s label and language, participation start time, and whether they receive an email. For more details, see our Reference.
Bug Fixes
Consent Material Language
We fixed an issue where participants opening a study invitation link saw the consent material and “Take Eligibility Survey” button in the study’s Base Language, even when translations were available. Consent material and the eligibility survey button now appear in the participant’s device language when a matching translation is available.
Calendar Answer Placeholders
We addressed an issue where cross-survey placeholders displayed participants’ previous Calendar answers incorrectly. Date answers were truncated to show only the year, while Time answers used an incorrect format. Cross-survey placeholders now display the complete date and time entered by the participant.
