Hello everyone,
What if your carry-forward questions could include custom answer options too? This week’s release makes that possible, alongside a fix for reference placeholders in Researcher-Responded Sessions.
Improvements
Custom Answer Options for Carry-Forward Questions
We added support for custom answer options in receiver questions. You can now define additional text or image answer options alongside the forwarded answers and control whether they are always displayed and where they appear in the list. This provides greater flexibility when building dynamic surveys. For more details, see our Reference.
Bug Fixes
Reference Placeholder Resolution in Researcher-Responded Sessions
We fixed an issue in Researcher-Responded Sessions where question content containing reference placeholders was displayed as raw text. Placeholders referencing answers from the current survey or a participant’s most recent response in another survey are now resolved correctly, ensuring researchers see the intended question content instead of placeholder syntax.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support, which helps us make Avicenna Research better with each release. We hope you find these updates useful.
