Hello everyone,
We’re excited to bring you another update. My favorite part of this release? Carry Forward Responses—because why should your questions work in isolation when they can borrow answers from each other? Let’s take a look!
New Features
Carry Forward Responses
You asked. We responded. You can now use responses (or choices) from one question as the answer options for a multiple- or single-answer question in your survey. By setting up a “sender” question and linking it to a “receiver” question, the system automatically generates the receiver’s answer options based on the responses to the sender. You can learn more about how to set it up here.
Improvements
Submit to Skip the Last Optional Question
We improved the survey flow on the participant Android and iOS apps by hiding the Skip button on the last optional question. Participants can now skip it by clicking Submit, which also records the question as “Unanswered - Skipped”.
Bug Fixes
Loading Translated Background Image
We resolved a minor issue where translated study background images were not loading correctly on the researcher dashboard.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support which helps us make Avicenna Research better with each release. We hope you find these updates useful. As always, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to reach out with any comments or questions on our Community Forum or contact us directly via Email. Stay tuned for more updates coming your way!
