Hello everyone,
We are excited to bring you another update. Our team has been hard at work addressing some of the issues you’ve reported to make your experience smoother. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new in this release:
Bug Fixes
Participation Records Visibility
We fixed an issue that could cause the Participation tab to display a “No Participation Record found” message despite participation records being available for the study. This was a display issue affecting the visibility of participation data in the dashboard and did not impact participant data. Participation records are now shown correctly when available.
Mandatory Information Questions
We resolved an issue where Information questions could not be marked as mandatory in the survey editor. Researchers can now enable the mandatory option as expected.
Notification Template Criteria
We addressed an issue in the survey editor where question references in notification template criteria were incorrectly converted from fully qualified references to a short format. As a result, researchers could encounter an error when saving Session Completed notifications based on responses from the same survey. The editor now preserves fully qualified question references, allowing notification templates to be saved successfully.
Thank you for your continued feedback and support which helps us make Avicenna Research better with each release. We hope you find these updates useful. As always, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to reach out with any comments or questions on our Community Forum or contact us directly via Email. Stay tuned for more updates coming your way!
