Hello,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently testing a study in Avicenna and have run into an issue that I am unable to resolve myself. I hope you can help me clarify what is going on.
In our study, we use a variable baseline period per participant. Because we only include a small number of participants, we create one study per participant. We therefore set up one study as a blueprint, tested it, and then duplicated this study for each participant.
When testing one duplicated study, several unexpected issues occurred. At the moment, I am testing the baseline period. During this period, participants should receive one notification per day, triggered between 17:00 and 20:00. During the first few days, notifications were delivered as expected. The calendar also appeared correct. After a few days, however, notifications started showing up as “blocked messages” in the calendar, which is unexpected, as there should not be a second notification on the same day. Yesterday, I did not receive any notification at all, as it appears the message was fully blocked. (I could only attach one screenshot below of the triggering logic).
Could you help me understand why these notifications are being blocked after initially working correctly? Whether this could be related to duplicating the study, the triggering logic, or another setting? How I can resolve this so that exactly one notification per day is delivered during the baseline period?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
Lianne van den Broek, PhD-student
