This release introduces an enhanced New Export Format for more flexible handling of your study data. Additionally, we’ve resolved several bugs to make your Avicenna experience smoother than ever.
Improvements
New Export Format
The New Format when exporting all activities responses now can be adjusted to closely match the old format for backward compatibility. The old format remains available for now, but will be deprecated soon. Learn more here.
Bug Fixes
Older Responses Displayed Incorrectly After Question Type Change
We fixed an issue where changing a survey question’s type caused older responses to display incorrectly on the Activity Responses page. Older responses are now shown according to their original question type.
Users Were Kicked Out of User TL Sessions After Switching to Other Apps
We resolved an issue on the participant iOS app where users were kicked out of a User TL session if they left the app using the home button, returned, and tapped the Previous or Next button in the session. Users can now resume the session without any issues after returning to the app.
Session Scheduled Time With no Immediate Notification
We addressed an issue on the participant Android app where sessions without a zero-offset Session Released notification (but with a positive-offset notification) had their schedule time incorrectly set to the notification time. Sessions now correctly reflect their original scheduled time.
Incorrect Failure Email Sent After Successful Study Duplication
We fixed an issue where researchers who successfully duplicated a study still received an email incorrectly indicating the duplication had failed.
Old Email Still Displayed After Successful Email Change
We resolved an issue where researchers saw a confirmation that their email address was changed successfully, but their profile still displayed the old address.
Missing Onboarding Alert for Keyboard App Setup
We addressed an issue on the participant iOS app where the onboarding alert didn’t appear in the study setup banner when the keyboard app setup was incomplete.
Invalid Device IDs for Mobile Users
We fixed an issue where some data records for mobile users contained invalid device IDs.
