Hello, iPhone users keep seeing a message saying the study they are enrolled in is incomplete and after clicking on it, they see “No Garmin watch is paired”. I never set anything with Garmin watch or anything like that, I have no clue why it’s showing up. How could I resolve it so it does not show up? It is the first time showing up in a study, in previous ones it wasn’t there.

Thanks for sharing this with us, this is completely harmless and you can safely ignore it. It has no effect on your compliance rate or data collection whatsoever.
This issue is due to a small misconfiguration on our side for our latest feature. We have added the Garmin SDK integration to our mobile apps that allows our app to directly communicate with Garmin smartwatches.
While our original intention was to prompt this screen only to the studies that require Garmin integration, a misconfiguration caused this screen to be prompted to all studies.
We are aware of this issue and we expect the fix to be released by the end of next week on our scheduled update.
