As a researcher, I want to link a notification template (NT) to an activity that has no triggering logic (TL), so that notifications can be sent for CSV-scheduled activities.
Useful for activities that will be scheduled with CSV: Schedule Sessions with Customized Timing for Each Participant (make sure we update that article whenever this is released).
