As a researcher, I want to send a notification a set time before or after a date, so that I can reach participants and my team around milestones that are not tied to session events.
Every notification event currently available is tied to something happening: a participant being invited or joining, a session being released, completed, canceled, or expired, an appointment being booked, started, or canceled, or a data gap being detected. There is no way to send a notification simply because a date has arrived.
This would cover:
- Using a date as the trigger for a notification template, such as a date the participant provided, a date Avicenna already holds (such as the participation end date), or a fixed date.
- Setting an offset before or after that date, so the same template can be used for a reminder before a milestone or a follow-up after it.
