Canceled survey shows up as "in progress" and participant can't access it after re-released

I’m working with study 2486 and running into an issue with a participant that inadvertently canceled an activity. I’m trying to release it to her again, but it’s not letting her access it after I’ve released it to her twice. How can I get her access to this activity?
