Access to Kibana

Hi,
I want to get insights into the pedometer data of the study with study ID 3381. When I click on the Kibana icon, I can’t select the study of which I want to see the data. I go directly into ‘research’ space and I don’t have an option for switching to the study 3381. My colleague did give me the right licences, but I doesn’t seem to allow me to select another option than ‘researcher’.
Does anybody know what the problem is?

Could you please query study_id: 3381 in your researcher space over a long time period, such as the last month, and let me know the result?

Hi,

That is kind of the problem here… I don’t have to option in Kibana to open study 3381, but only the researcher space. So I can’t acces it

Thank you for your response. To clarify, my request was for you to utilize your access to the researcher space, not to directly open study 3381. Within your researcher space, could you kindly perform the query for study_id: 3381 over the last month and share the results with me?
