Hello All,
I am facing an issue with installing the latest version of your software. Also i have followed the installation guide but I keep encountering an error message stating, installation failed due to missing components; I have verified that my system meets all the requirements and have tried reinstalling multiple times.
Could someone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks for reporting this. i will be happy to help. Can you provide a bit more details. Specifically:
- Are you using Android or iOS? Can you tell us the exact type of phone and OS version you are using? (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S22, with Android 14)
- Is this first time you are installing our app? Or you had it installed and now that you want to update to the newer version, it fails.
- If you already had it installed, do you know your username by any chance? (helps us to pull out error logs)
- If you can provide more specific steps that leads to error, or exactly specify where and when you see this error (e.g. when I press
Install, it says XXXX) that can be very helpful.
