SMS messages cost us some money. We need a better reporting show many messages are sent, per participant, and how much the cost of them has been.
Maybe, it should be done beside our License Management.
Also:
- (Maybe) gather the list of errors for email/SMS failures.
- If SMS costs affect the receiver too, inform the participant when they try to enable SMS.
