Subject surveys blocked


One of my subjects (66261) has a lot of blocked surveys in the past two weeks, while he states that he has completed the surveys. Yet, this is clearly not the case when checking Ethica Activity Sessions.

Can anyone help with this? I already explained to the subject that it is important to open up Ethica and fill in the survey right away, because this can result in blocked successive surveys.

For you survey 15654 (Dagelijks dagboek), you’ve set the Expiry Time (in Settings drawer) to Never, that means if a participant don’t answer a session all subsequent sessions will be blocked by that session. It’s better to set the expiry time to some time before the next repeated session’s scheduled time to avoid this.
