Add a page that checks the study configuration to ensure everything is done correctly, before the kickoff.

- Consider TLs that might create sessions close to each other based on the expiry time.
- Consider validations on Manual or TUD sessions when creating, especially when they might
cause other sessions expire or the new sessions themselves will get expired. - …
This page can be shown when the researcher changes the status of the study to Field Deployment or something. So, it should be done after Define and enforce status for each study.
Also, this could be done as part of Versioning.
