Our study ID is 2321, and some of our participants’ data are not showing up after 1/29. Their Ethica ID are 66940 and 66818. These participants said they logged data every day since they started their study in January, but the data is now showing up in the portal after 1/29. Are there any ways that we could restore these data ASAP?
Oh, and we have already tried the participants logging out & in and reloading their study in the app on their side. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon!
