Hi! My team and I are starting to process the data collect from the screen state information for each participant. We are running into issues with the timestamps. When we export that data and before doing anything to it the timestamps seem to be inaccurate. For example, our first participant started recording data at 1/20 16:49, but their first input for Screen Time is 2024-01-20 22:51. It seems that every participant is like this.
Additionally to the start times being off, every participant has a large amount of duration on their phones between 2am-5am but no duration on their phones from 7am-3pm. This makes us wonder if there is a delay in time reporting or a change in time zone that we are unaware of.
Could you help us resolve this discrepency?
