Repeated e-mail validation


Study ID 1413. Participants are constantly asked to validate their e-mail even after doing so several times:

I suspect the app has not properly refreshed the status of the email verification. We have not been able to see this in our tests. But if you see this happening more often, please send the participant IDs to our support and they can look at it.

We received an email about this from EID 38220. I’ve also experienced this myself a number of times in the past (EID 36112).


It seems the problem is only limited to the UI of the iOS app. I’ve created a bug report and sent it to our development team to look into it.
