As a user, I want to remove the phone number from my account, so that I can stop receiving SMS and keep only the contact details I still use.
Today the researcher dashboard, the participant web app, and the iOS and Android apps offer only “Add” and “Change” for the phone number. Once a number is added there is no way to clear it; the only workaround is replacing it with another number. The server already accepts an empty phone number, so this is a client-side change on each platform (with the usual password check, as for Change).
