Participants logged out of account

Hi! Since the beginning of this week we have some participants (but not all) reporting that they are always logged out of their account after closing the ethica app and need to log in again with their email and password for every survey they complete. As this issue has never occured in the last couple of months, I was wondering if this is due to an update of ethica and if there is a way to prevent participants from always being logged out of their account. Thank you for your help!

Please update the app to the latest version (Android 584) to resolve the logging-out issue.
If the issue remains, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
