Participants do not receive surveys


Since yesterday morning, at least three participants (EID 73647, EID 73719, EID 73692) in my study (3122) don’t receive notifications anymore. If they go to the app, they see an activity ready for them and they can fill it in, yet they weren’t notified about this activity.

In the days before they did receive all notifications normally. It’s strange that they all have the same problem since yesterday morning.

Could you please help me solve this issue?

Thanks for reporting the issue.
It’s fixed now.

Please ask your participants to reload their studies with the following steps (recommended) :
Settings → My Studies → Reload studies from server.

You can also do this yourself.
Go to the Participation section on your dashboard and reload the device of the participants having the notification problem.
