Participant stopped receiving notifications

Recently I ran a pilot within my team where we tested study 1453. Participant
34938 says that after 2 days she stopped receiving notifications for the time-triggered surveys. Is there any way to find out what went wrong and how to prevent this from happing when we roll out the study to real participants?

Cases like this can be investigated using the data from Participant Audit Logs. They are accessible directly via Ethica Researcher Dashboard or Kibana interface.
