In Single- or Multiple-answer questions, there is usually an “Other” option. The researcher provides all possible choices, but none may apply to the participant. In such cases, the participant should have the ability to add a custom response.
We have a workaround though: Add an "Other" Option to Single Answer or Multiple Answer Questions
