In version one we assumed that participants would work on one device at a time. In order to have two devices working at the same time we need the following scenarios to be considered:
- When both devices are online, and there’s an “In Progress” session on the first device.
- When both devices are offline and a session with user TL is taken on both.
- If the participant opens a survey with user TL offline, and opens the same survey online before uploading the responses for the offline session.
- …
Also, consider these:
- Sync in-progress sessions on mobile apps with the server too.
- Should we consider in-progress status for other types of activities too?
