Image doesn't show

Hi there. I have a problem with a survey.
I included an image in a Number Question, but the image doesn’t show in my preview. It also doesn’t show if I test the survey on my phone by sending it to myself.
Is this a bug or is there a way I can fix this?
I just tried checking again, and then the image did show. But then I replaced the image (because it was an outdated version), and the new image now doesn’t show.
My study ID is 3911 and the survey ID is 21937.

This issue can be caused when the image you upload is rather large. Can you please re-upload a smaller version of the image with more compression to see if this resolves the issue or not?

Hi Amin
It didn’t seem to be large but I saved a new version of the image and checked how large it was (200 kb) and now the problem seems to be resolved. Thank you!
