Ethica app doesn't open on several iPhone devices

The Ethica app does not open for several of our participants. It seems that this is a problem specific for iPhone users. Once the participants try to open the app, the app automatically closes again.

Are you aware of any issues? Maybe due to the latest update?

Can you please be more specific which participants (their Ethica ID) in which study, and around what time experienced this problem?

They’re all iPhone users, and the problem is resolved after reinstalling the app. They all experience this problem yesterday/today. The study number is 936. An example of an EthicaID who had issues is 16319. Her problems were also resolved after reinstalling the app.
