Error loading data in Kibana

Hi there,

Since a few days I cannot track my participant’s app behavior in Kibana (discover) anymore as I get an error Authorization Exception. When I click on ‘see full error’ I get a long thread that starts like this:

Any idea how I can remedy this so that I can track my participants’ app behavior again?

Hi @d.hulsmans could you please try logging out and back in? Essentially remove all cookies related to in your browser and login and see if it resolves the issue. Please let us know if it didn’t.
