Days are lacking at 'survey sessions'


The study 744 of Participant #12842 is still going on, however at ‘survey sessions’ I only see the responses until day 16 January. What is the reason that I cannot see the days after 16 January?

Looks like participant stopped using the mobile app on Jan 7th and been using the participant dashboard through a phone chrome browser (more details could be found on kibana->participant_history).

Please inform the participant that the website dashboard is not a replacement for the mobile app and they need to continue participation through the mobile app even though some of their account information is accessible on the website.
