Data export stuck in "idle"

Dear support,

I’m trying to download survey data from two Ethica projects (440 and 756). When I click on “export” a new row appears in the table below with requests, but the status remains stuck in “Idle”. For another study (848) I managed to download the data without issue.

Can you tell me how I can solve this issue?

Data Exports happen behind the scenes asynchronously. Depending on the load of our system they can take up to 24 hours to complete. During this time, the status of the export is shown as IDLE or PENDING. I checked now and all data exports in the system are processed (including yours). So should be ok now.
