A participant accidentally signed up with a work email address and would like to change to a personal email address after enrolling in a study. How can they make this change?

Researchers can change their account username but participant’s cannot. You can either ask them to recreate their account or let us know what should it be changed to so we apply the change. You can email us the details at support@ethicadata.com
