Capture Location Function Not Working

Hi there,

for my study I am investigating the link between participant wellbeing and nature exposure. In order to do this participants are to fill out an altered version of the WHO-5, a short wellbeing survey. For the survey I am looking to capture participant location, but so far no locations are being captured. I have issued an announcement for participants to always allow GPS and keep the GPS function of their mobile device enabled when filling out the survey, yet there has been no locations recorded. I have double checked with one or two participants about their settings, the mentioned participants have all settings enabled yet no GPS location is being recorded.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

May I kindly ask where you looked for the location records and did not find them?
