App stopped sending notifications

Help! All worked well with participants 1-69, but my 70th participant downloaded the app, and then registered, Then he was told he had no surveys waiting for him. He should have had the baseline survey that all my participants did on their Day 0. He also didn’t get any further prompts according to schedule I had designed.

I tried deleting him and adding him via a different email address, but still the same problem.
