Hello everyone,

We’re excited to bring you another update. My favorite part of this release? **Carry Forward Responses** —because why should your questions work in isolation when they can borrow answers from each other? Let’s take a look!

## 🚀 New Features

### Carry Forward Responses

You asked. We responded. You can now use responses (or choices) from one question as the answer options for a multiple- or single-answer question in your survey. By setting up a “sender” question and linking it to a “receiver” question, the system automatically generates the receiver’s answer options based on the responses to the sender. You can learn more about how to set it up [here](https://forum.avicennaresearch.com/t/carry-forward-responses/1294/1).

## ✨ Improvements

### Submit to Skip the Last Optional Question

We improved the survey flow on the participant Android and iOS apps by hiding the **Skip** button on the last optional question. Participants can now skip it by clicking **Submit** , which also records the question as “Unanswered - Skipped”.

## 🐞 Bug Fixes

### Loading Translated Background Image

We resolved a minor issue where translated study background images were not loading correctly on the researcher dashboard.
