Hi there. I have a problem with a survey. I included an image in a Number Question, but the image doesn’t show in my preview. It also doesn’t show if I test the survey on my phone by sending it to myself. Is this a bug or is there a way I can fix this? I just tried checking again, and then the image did show. But then I replaced the image (because it was an outdated version), and the new image now doesn’t show. My study ID is 3911 and the survey ID is 21937. Thank you! ---

Hi Fay @fbanffe This issue can be caused when the image you upload is rather large. Can you please re-upload a smaller version of the image with more compression to see if this resolves the issue or not? Best, Amin ---

Hi Amin It didn’t seem to be large but I saved a new version of the image and checked how large it was (200 kb) and now the problem seems to be resolved. Thank you!
