The current survey editor interface requires entering questions, and configuring them one by one.
This is very cumbersome and slow. For creating long surveys, it takes a lot of time to enter each question manually, and carefully configuring their settings. Reviewing the survey at the end is even more challenging.
The only way around it is by importing a survey definition file. Creating a JSON file as survey definition is non-trivial, and requires some advanced technical skills not possessed by most users.
It would be great if the Content section of Avicenna’s Activity Editor would support a mode that I, as a researcher, could use to enter multiple survey questions at once, together with their settings. The textual representation should be something simpler than the JSON. Something that is easier to read, understand, and modify by less tech-savvy user.
Ideally, I could switch back and forth between the visual and textual mode, and the Activity Editor would tell me if there is a mistake in my textual definition.
