# Cannot export survey responses or data from data sources

Hello,

I’m not able to export any data from any of the survey responses or data from the data sources. On the data export page I get the following error: ‘Sorry, something went wrong’ and a reload button. However, pressing the reload button does not work. When I export the data, I do get an email saying that the data is ready but I cannot view it or download it.

Sorry for the inconvenience.  
We updated the dashboard and I think the issue is fixed now. Please check and let me know if you still get that error.
