Allow researchers to create scripts and run them on the server for different events.  
Something like our ssf folder in webserver repo, but that can be maintained by the researchers themselves.

Preferably, to be done with [Criteria V2](https://forum.avicennaresearch.com/t/criteria-v2/1070).
